Library patrons that lose or damage library materials are charged a $50.00 Lost / Damaged Item Fee. Once the fine has been paid, or the material has been returned, the library will remove registration, graduation, or transcript holds. Students pay fines to the Bursar. Other patrons will receive a link to pay online.  No fines may be paid in the library.

The fee is waived if lost materials are found or returned to the library in good condition.

Stockton faculty, staff, and adjuncts may replace a lost or damaged item, provided they present the library with the exact same author and title.
